"The Healthy Body Program"-
1. This program is designed for people of all ages, and is intended to better health conditions. Many people lead sedentary lifestyles, have a less then optimal diet, engage in injurious type of physical training, or less then optimal physical training.
Nutrition has deviated from the way we were designed to eat by nature. As a result many of us are suffering from various illnesses, and are prone to have excess body fat, lethargy and lack of muscular development.
A Sedentary lifestyle is known for the destructive effect it has on our health and livelihood, yet we are also familiar with the dangers of training programs that are designed without taking proper consideration of key elements.
Quality physical training many times doesn't provide a full spectrum of quality results and might be lacking in many areas. Many training programs do provide results, but can do so more efficiently and could take less time and effort, taking out counter productive means that might be included, and finding the most efficient ways from point 'A' to point 'B'.
2. My result driven training programs will help you overcome your food cravings and addictions, and put you on a path for better eating choices which will enhance your health and has the potential to bring about many better physical conditions.
You can lose body fat, increase lean functional muscle mass, improve posture, learn new movement skills, learn to enjoy your health and develop a body that feels invincible.
3. Once you enroll in "The Healthy Body Program", we will go through an online correspondence process. At the end of which you will receive a training plan that would be upgraded at an interval time. The program will include educational material as well as instructional videos.
Your next step would then be to take a few days to study the program, make me a video to show you understand how to perform it correctly. I will then send you insightful feedback and corrections. Upon receiving green light from me, you will execute the plan for the designated time.
After that, we will have a second review (if not more), and then prepare for the next program. During the session you will have the program printed with you in the designated practice days and times, and basically follow the instruction and enjoy the changes and development.
We will also have face to face (on Skype or in person) nutrition assessment and I will give you a nutrition program to correspond with the training. I will take a written weekly report on this entire process prior to each meeting to help address any important issues more quickly, either while we do our weekly training session together, or during our weekly Skype conversation.

The past four years, I had been training myself with good results, but I realized I was stagnating in my progress despite my best efforts to guide myself.

Addressing nutrition we will slowly or quickly shift your food intake into a balance that has higher functionality toward the goals you are looking to achieve. This will be done with minimal invasiveness into your eating habits. nothing will be taking away before you are ready to take things out of your diet, and the most attention will be on adding specific nutrients gradually in.
For sedentary people we will slowly implement movement into the lifestyle, starting with focus on mobility and general preparation work that includes strengthening of joints and correcting postural and specific imbalances, gradually leading you to a higher functionality.
With Athletes who already have quality training, we will take a close examination of the training protocols, looking where we can find better solutions to reach goals, implementing missing links, and possibly adding new skills. We will find how the plan fits into the yearly/ multi year planning, and keep you accountable for the results.
